On
the beautiful Himalayan Mountains
live the Tibetan people who
love to sing and dance. This
dance was created
with the image of a young girl who is walking on the high mountain with
her
Yak. As she is
inspired by the beautiful
scenery, she imagines the Yak turns into two young men dancing with her
in a
field with joy. The
movements in this
dance are adapted from the Tibetan Folk Dance, and the dancers dance
with the
long sleeves which is a typical style of Tibetan people’s daily wear.
The
boldness in the movement shows Tibetan people’s passion for life.
